Refund Policy – The Whole Armor
Thank you for supporting The Whole Armor. Each purchase helps us create faith-based comics, educational materials, and content designed to inspire and equip readers. We ask that all customers review this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
We accept returns for physical products within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Items marked as final sale, custom or personalized products, and items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return or refund.
All digital products are non-refundable. Once a digital item has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final. This includes, but is not limited to, digital comic books, PDFs, downloadable coloring books, and online lessons or courses.
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. In these cases, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and typically take five to ten (5–10) business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped, and digital orders cannot be canceled after purchase.
